We are beginning to plan for all the great goodies and crafts!
We suddenly realized—THE FAIR IS ONLY TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AWAY We have now turned from crafting to logging and pricing all our donated crafts. This is a gentle reminder that if you are making crafts for the fair, we need to have them by next Wednesday, November 1st. We will be at the church on that Wednesday from 10 to 12. In addition, you can drop items off on Sunday. If those dates/times don't work for you, you are welcome to call or text Pam Perdue (603-717-5141) or Sally Horan (603-496-2673) and we can arrange a different drop off date/time. When you drop items off, please note on them your name, the price (if you want to set the price), whether it is OK if we mark the items down after the fair, and whether or not you want the items returned to you should they not sell. Also please note that we are done collecting "Christmas Past" items. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your help, your creativity, and your commitment to the Bow Mills Snowman Fair!
Blessings, Pam Perdue and Sally Horan
Calling all Bakers
Exciting news!! The Bake Table rides again at this year’s Snowman Fair on Saturday, November 11th.
Pies, breads, jams, jellies, pickles, baked beans, snack mixes, cupcakes, whoopie pies, fudge, muffins, doughnuts, brownies, baklava…my mouth is watering already!! Please get out your favorite recipes and let the delicious smells, tastes, and good times roll!
To help the Bake Team prepare, you can indicate what you plan to bring on the signup sheet on the kitchen pass-through.
Donations should be delivered to the church on Friday, November 10th. We will be there from 4-7, getting the table all ready for the next morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rita Blackadar, Darlene Hill, and Cathy Mayo
